We jointly publish this article 'Laorania Kosovo Establishment of Diplomatic Relations' to the beloved people of Kosovo, Laoranian people, and other people from around the world who support us.
        The Kosovo government and the Laorania government promise to implement mutual assistance and assistance in politics, military, economy, diplomacy, and other aspects, never abandon the core beliefs of the other party, firmly adhere to external unity, and not lock in any rightful rights of the other party in any aspect.
        Our two governments acknowledge that: 1. We will always help and assist each other; 2. Not to abandon diplomatic relations due to any fluctuations of the other party; 3. Always recognize the sovereignty of the other party; 4. Always prioritize the other party in terms of exports and other aspects; 5. Always assist the other party in technology; 6. Always provide assistance to the other party while they are in war.
